Since its founding in 1963, Smith Elliott Kearns & Company, LLC  has grown rapidly by providing quality service to a number of businesses and individuals in the Shenandoah and Cumberland valleys.  We are a regional certified public accounting firm employing almost 150 staff in four offices in Hagerstown, MD; Chambersburg, Carlisle, and Hanover, PA. The management and direction of Smith Elliott Kearns & Company, LLC firmly rests with the 21 members who locally provide leadership and service in our practice area.
